And remember--just because todays date is odd does not mean tomorrows is even! (Consider the 31st day of a month, which is followed by the 1st day of the subsequent month.)

In 2009 the Elgin City Council instituted the Odd / Even Parking Program seasonally in many parts of the city. On May 13th, 2009, the City Council extended the program to year-round in Gifford/Summit Park and a portion of the Southwest Area Neighborhood.
